As a thesis director for around 50 students so far, I’ve aided in conceptualizing, researching, organizing, and writing up topics as disparate as “1880s North Carolina Voting Law” and “How the Myth of the ‘Tortured’ Artist affects Christian Creatives.”  Through these experiences and while writing in a group with four other scholarly historians, I discovered my love for editing.

I’ve also had the pleasure of editing–from line-editing prose to structurally editing chapters–some excellent non-fiction books.  It’s humbling to have good authors take some of my advice and my privilege to commend their work to you.
